20dB Hearing (formerly known as Gnosis Professional Hearing Services) is a hearing healthcare company that provides audiology services and hearing aid products in Malaysia. 20dB Hearing has grown into a network of 23 outlets (still growing) across Malaysia, with more than 35 qualified and experienced audiologists, speech therapists and clinical psychologists. Founded by a group of university graduated and trained audiologists led by Mr Mok Yong Yaw in year 2002 at Kuala Lumpur.
Today, 20dB Hearing has competitive advantages over the others by offering experienced audiologists, children diagnostic hearing tests, nationwide support, free premium hearing aid take home trial, and product protection plan.
