Account Executive(UB Office)

Responsibilities

Financial Operations

  • Assist in maintaining a full set of accounts, including supporting month-end closing and financial reporting activities.
  • Process and record daily collections and bank-in transactions.
  • Prepare, verify, and process invoices, receipts, payments, and staff claims.
  • Handle intercompany billings and reconciliations.
  • Perform accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) functions, including follow-ups on outstanding balances.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
  • Ensure all transactions are properly supported with documentation and filed systematically.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports and financial statements.
  • Prepare tax schedules including GST and support statutory filings.
  • Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents for external auditors.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and accounting standards.

Asset & Inventory Control

  • Maintain fixed asset register and perform depreciation calculations.
  • Assist in periodic stock counts, stock verification, and reconciliation with accounting records.
  • Report discrepancies and support investigation of variances.

Administrative & Support Functions

  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
  • Liaise with internal departments, outlets, auditors, bankers, and vendors where necessary.
  • Support process improvements and system implementations within the Finance function.
  • Perform other duties and assignments as directed by the Finance Manager.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship exposure may be considered

Audiologist(Ang Mo Kio)

You will be responsible for the delivery of high quality hearing care to clients. Responsibilities include performing hearing assessments, providing rehabilitation services and other related duties, fitting hearing aids, and generating sales through recommending the best technology available to our clients. You will also be responsible for development of clinic business through community engagement activities to ensure growth in your area.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostic tests.

  • Diagnose hearing, balance, and tinnitus disorders.

  • Interpret audiometric results and determine treatment options.

  • Recommend and fit hearing aids, cochlear implants, and other assistive listening devices.

  • Provide auditory rehabilitation and counseling for patients and families.

  • Educate patients on hearing conservation and preventive care.

  • Collaborate with ENT specialists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

  • Stay informed on latest audiological research, technologies, and best practices.

  • Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Audiology from a recognized institution.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of clinical audiology experience; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in a retail hearing care setting is an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills with a patience and caring nature.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Hearing Care Assistant(Ang Mo Kio)

Responsibilities

Hearing Care Services

-Attend to walk-in or call-in clients’ enquiries in proper manner and right attitude.
-Arrange appointments efficiently to minimize client’s waiting time.
-Register new client and brief clinical procedures when necessary.
-Solve client’s concern and problem with best effort.
-Collect client’s feedback and direct client complaints to correct channel.
-Provide general cleaning and troubleshooting of hearing aids.
-Prepare and monitor hearing aid/ear mould/accessories orders.
-Keep proper record and update hearing aid and accessories inventory, client database and financial data.
-Perform billing and payment collection and payment collection in timely manner.

-Manage day to day office operations timely and efficiently
