Refunds and Replacement

Refunds Policy:

1. Refunds may be provided within a certain time frame, typically ranging from 30 to 90 days from the date of purchase.
2. The hearing aid must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging intact.
3. Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee, which can range from 10% to 20% of the purchase price.
4. Shipping and handling fees may not be refunded.
5. Refunds may only be provided for hearing aids that are not customized or personalized, as custom-made hearing aids cannot be resold.


Replacement Policy:

1. Defective hearing aids may be replaced within a certain time frame, typically ranging from 6 months to 1 year from the date of purchase.
2. The hearing aid must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging intact.
3. The replacement hearing aid may be the same model or a similar model, depending on availability.
4. If the hearing aid cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund may be provided instead.
5. Shipping and handling fees for the replacement hearing aid may be waived.
