Audiologist(Johor, Negeri Sembilan, Perak, Sabah, Sarawak)

As an Audiologist, you’ll play a key role in helping individuals reconnect with the world of sound through professional hearing assessments, consultations, and tailored hearing solutions. You’ll work closely with clients, hospitals, and welfare agencies to deliver exceptional audiological care and strengthen our professional network.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct hearing screenings, diagnostic tests, and consultations on hearing loss prevention and management.
  • Recommend and fit hearing aids, provide post-fitting follow-ups, and guide clients on the latest hearing aid technologies.
  • Offer cleaning, troubleshooting, and aftercare services for hearing aids.
  • Manage client records, reports, and fitting databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Monitor and maintain hearing aid, earmould, and accessories inventory.
  • Liaise with hospitals and welfare agencies to collect or deliver orders, update price lists, and provide product training.
  • Support public hearing screening events, exhibitions, and outreach programmes.
  • Contribute to outlet performance and provide customer care support when needed.

Requirements

  • Min: recognized degree in Audiology or its equivalent, preferably from local university
  • Meticulous, organized and good interpersonal communication skill 
  • Good in filing/documentation work and able to work independently with minimum supervision 
  • Min: Three (3) years of working experience in audiological services and/or 300 clinical hours to qualify as Senior 
    Audiologist
  • Knowledge in Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD).
