As 2022 draws to a close, we are again reminded that time waits for no one. It may come as a shock to some but Covid-19 has been plaguing us for over two years at this point. Our beloved country has seen 4 different administrations in a span of 5 years and we have just watched the spectacular finale to the 2022 World Cup. But as they say, all good things must come to an end. Incidentally, the year end is usually a time for us to reflect on our actions throughout the year and how it affects the people around us. We, at 20dB are so very thankful for your constant support and for choosing us as your preferred hearing healthcare provider for the past 20 years.

It is our desire that other hearing centres in the country join us by being among the first hearing healthcare providers bestowed with this award. ISO 9001:2015 is an important recognition in healthcare settings as it ensures the standardization of our procedures across all outlets nationwide. All our clinical services are carried out in a controlled and well-documented manner. This will give you peace of mind that you are receiving help from a reputable provider. Every year, we strive to maintain this award by passing annual audits from third parties to prove our credibility in hearing loss treatment and rehabilitation. In addition, 20dB is held accountable by the Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD) certification which requires our establishment to maintain the quality, safety and performance of hearing aids we dispense. To aid us in the quest for excellence, 20dB has over 70 certified audiologists at our disposal. Our audiologists are well trained and based in their hometowns. In an effort to reach as many people as possible, we have developed the largest network of hearing centres across Malaysia, with our 28th branch being established recently. As part of our commitment to enhancing hearing health services, we have developed an in-house lab to handle hearing aid repairs in a timely fashion. You no longer have to wait months for the repairs to be completed. We understand that hearing aids do not come cheap.
